Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Understand client requirements, business objectives, and campaign expectations.
• Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and prepare client updates as required.
• Identify opportunities for account growth, cross\-selling, and upselling.
• Handle client queries, follow\-ups, and escalations in a timely manner.
• Support revenue growth and client retention initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of campaign objectives.
