Job Description

Company is looking for a dynamic and client\-focused Client Servicing Executive to manage client relationships, understand client requirements, coordinate with internal teams, and support sales and marketing activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, follow\-up, and relationship\-management skills.

Key Responsibilities

\- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

\- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services and solutions.

\- Handle client inquiries, meetings, presentations, and follow\-ups.

\- Generate new business leads and identify sales opportunities.

\- Coordinate with creative, design, production, and marketing teams to ensure timely project delivery, as applicable.

\- Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and client reports.

\- Follow up with clients for approvals, feedback, payments, and project updates.

\- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.

\- Resolve client queries and ensure customer satisfaction.

\- Maintain client databases, sales reports, and communication records.

Educational Qualification

Master/ Post Graduate in Marketing, Advertising, Media Management, Mass Communication, Film \& TV Production / Media or a relevant field.

Experience

0–2 years of relevant experience in Client Servicing, Sales, Marketing, or Account Management preferred.

Salary

Up to ₹40,000 per month

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
