We are looking for a dynamic and solution\-oriented professional from the event and
experiential marketing industry who can independently manage clients, lead internal
teams, drive profitability, and contribute to business growth through strategic pitching
and account expansion.
This role requires someone who can balance creativity with strong operational and
commercial understanding while ensuring flawless execution of projects.
Act as the primary point of contact for key clients
Build strong long\-term client relationships and ensure high client satisfaction
Understand client objectives and translate them into impactful event solutions
Proactively identify opportunities for repeat business and revenue growth
Lead client meetings, presentations, and post\-event reviews
Coordinate end\-to\-end pitch processes
Work closely with creative and strategy teams to develop compelling pitch
concepts and presentations
Understand client briefs and convert them into innovative experiential ideas
Present concepts confidently to clients and prospects
Support new business acquisition and strategic account growth
Manage end\-to\-end execution of events, activations, exhibitions, offsites, and
experiential projects
Coordinate with internal creative, production, operations, and vendor teams
Ensure timelines, deliverables, and execution standards are met seamlessly
Maintain updated show flows, costing sheets, and element sheets to ensure
smooth planning, execution, and cost tracking
Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
Troubleshoot challenges during execution with quick decision\-making
Lead and coordinate internal teams across departments
Delegate responsibilities effectively and ensure accountability
Drive collaboration between creative, operations, and servicing teams
Mentor junior team members and build a strong execution culture
Own project budgets and profitability
Manage P\&L for projects/accounts
Ensure cost efficiencies without compromising quality
Negotiate with vendors and partners for best commercial outcomes
Track revenue targets and account growth opportunities
Generate additional revenue opportunities from existing clients
Build strategic relationships with partners and stakeholders
Contribute ideas for new experiential properties and IPs
Desired Candidate Profile
6–8 years of experience in event management, experiential marketing, or
client servicing
Strong experience in client pitches and presentation management
Strong understanding of event operations and execution
Experience managing large\-scale corporate events and brand experiences
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Clear and confident communication, both written and verbal
Strong commercial acumen and budgeting skills
Ability to work in a fast\-paced, deadline\-driven environment
