This role requires strong communication skills, meticulous working, and the ability to foster lasting client relationships.
*\*Main Responsibilities:\***
*Client Relationship Management:* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing \& new clients, serving as their primary point of contact and ensuring their needs are met consistently.
*Cross\-functional Collaboration:* Work closely with internal teams including design, production, and operations to deliver integrated solutions that meet client objectives.
*Process Adherence:* Meticulous adherence to all defined processes and systems of the company, fostering a culture of being process\-driven to maintain consistency, efficiency, and quality.
Other general tasks in the purview of Client Management \& project delivery.
*\*Requirements:\***
Experience in client servicing or account management roles within exhibitions, events, BTL, or media industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
MBA or other relevant Diploma (Diploma in Architecture is an advantage).
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, presentation skills, and process orientation.
Ability to thrive in a fast\-paced, deadline\-driven environment.
Willingness to travel globally.
Creativity / design\-minded is an additional advantage.
