We are looking for a confident, proactive, and professional individual to become the key link between our clients and our technical team. This is a leadership\-track role for someone who enjoys understanding business processes, meeting customers, and delivering technology solutions.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Conduct online and onsite meetings with clients.
• Study customer business processes and gather software requirements.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), meeting minutes, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with development, QA, UI/UX, and implementation teams.
• Manage ongoing communication with clients, partners, and vendors.
• Track project progress, follow up on action items, and ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct software demonstrations, user training, and implementation support when required.
• Prepare regular project updates and escalate strategic matters to the Management Team.
• Take ownership of assigned projects and ensure high customer satisfaction.

• *Candidate Requirements**

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
• Professional personality with confidence in client interactions.
• Self\-driven, organised, and capable of managing multiple projects.
• Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and AI tools such as ChatGPT or Gemini.
• Experience in ERP, SaaS, software projects, business analysis, or IT consulting is preferred.
• Valid driving licence and passport are required.

• *Travel Requirements**

This role involves travel for customer meetings, requirement studies, implementation, and project reviews across Kerala, India, and occasionally international locations.
