Client Success Intern

• *What you'll do**

• *You'll own the engagement and effectiveness of programs running on NWORX's voice\-based AI coaching platform — across educational institutions and corporates. Your users range from students and fresh employees to managers and senior leaders. Your client stakeholders include HR teams, university staff, and business managers.**

• *Drive program participation and completion — nudge, follow up, and keep the energy alive across cohorts**

• *Manage the NWORX platform backend for active cohorts — configure, monitor, troubleshoot**

• *Collect and analyze engagement and outcome data; build reports that actually tell a story**

• *Be the connective tissue between client stakeholders and internal teams — surface concerns, relay feedback, close loops**

• *Facilitate onboarding sessions for participants, coaches, and facilitators (including creation of relevant collateral)**

• *Coordinate program events across multiple stakeholders**

• *Feed insights from the field into product and content teams**

• *Excellent communication — written and verbal; you can tell a clear \& concise story tailored to the audience, and write a crisp email**

• *Comfort with data — MS Excel/Sheets for analysis, PowerPoint/Slides for sharp storytelling**

• *Ownership mindset — you track program success metrics like they're yours to move**

• *Empathy with range — you can build rapport with a nervous student and a senior leader**

• *Digital savviness — you pick up new tools quickly and aren't afraid of a dashboard**
