• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage and nurture long\-term relationships with assigned B2B clients.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and support.
• Conduct regular client meetings and business reviews to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Understand client requirements and provide strategic solutions.
• Manage end\-to\-end project execution, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet client expectations and project timelines.
• Identify and resolve project risks and delivery roadblocks.
• Drive upselling and cross\-selling opportunities within existing client accounts.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams for proposals and business initiatives.
• Prepare client reports, presentations, and project updates.
• Maintain accurate client records using CRM systems.
• Mentor junior team members and promote collaboration across teams.

• *Requirements**

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, Client Service, or a similar client\-facing role.
• Strong experience managing B2B client relationships.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce is preferred.
• Ability to identify business growth opportunities through upselling and cross\-selling.
• Strong problem\-solving skills with a customer\-centric approach.

Pay: ₹45,000\.00 \- ₹60,000\.00 per month
