Job Description

  • *Client Support Executive**
  • *Location**: Coimbatore
  • *Work Mode**: Hybrid

  • *Working Hours**: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
  • *Compensation**: ₹10,000 – ₹13,000 per month, plus performance\-based incentives
  • *Job Summary:**

We are seeking a Client Support Executive to support lead engagement, customer communication, and follow\-up activities. The role is suitable for candidates with prior experience in tele\-calling, inside sales, or customer service.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**

Contact prospective customers and existing leads by phone

Explain company services and address customer queries

Maintain accurate records of calls and follow\-up activities

Coordinate with clients to ensure timely communication

Support customer relationship management and lead tracking

  • *Required Qualifications:**

· Minimum 2 years of experience in tele\-calling, customer service, or related roles

· Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

· Good persuasion and negotiation abilities

· Basic computer proficiency

· Ability to work independently and manage follow\-ups effectively

· Must have access to a laptop

· Fluency in Tamil and English is required.
