Job Description
- Manage the clinic as a profit center and achieve sales targets.
- Handle daily clinic operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Lead and supervise counselors, therapists, front\-desk staff, and other team members.
- Convert walk\-ins and enquiries into memberships or treatment registrations.
- Plan and execute local marketing and promotional activities.
- Monitor sales performance, client retention, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage appointments, client records, billing, cash flow, and reports.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve service issues.
- Maintain clinic hygiene, inventory, and compliance with company standards
- Strong sales and business development skills.
Team leadership and people management.
Customer service and client counseling.Good communication in English and local languages.Knowledge of MS Office, CRM systems, and reporting tools.Ability to work in a target\-driven environment.Pay: ₹35,000\.00 \- ₹55,000\.00 per month
