Closing Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete property closure process, from booking to agreement execution and possession.
• Handle customer negotiations, queries, and high\-value property transactions.
• Coordinate with Sales, Legal, CRM, and Finance teams to ensure smooth closures.
• Ensure timely completion of agreements, registration, payment follow\-ups, and documentation.
• Handle HNI/UHNI clients and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Resolve customer concerns and ensure a smooth property\-buying experience.
• Monitor closure targets, pending cases, and handover schedules.
• Lead the closing team and ensure timely achievement of targets.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; a relevant qualification is preferred.
• 8–10 years of experience in **real estate, specifically property closures**.
• Strong knowledge of property documentation, agreements, registration, and possession procedures.
• Experience handling residential or commercial real estate transactions.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, coordination, and team management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM software.

Pay: ₹100,000\.00 \- ₹141,000\.00 per month
