Position Description: We are looking for an experienced Java Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about coding and developing scalable and high\-performance applications. You will work closely with our front\-end developers, designers, and other members of the team to deliver quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities

. Design, develop and maintain Java\-based applications.

. Develop and implement efficient algorithms and data structures.

. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

. Identify and troubleshoot software defects and issues.

. Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

. Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality and standards are met

. Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in software development

Must\-Have Skills

. Overall 5 to 7 years' experience

. Strong experience in Java (Spring Boot) microservice development.

. Hands\-on experience with Kubernetes and OpenShift\-based platforms.

. Solid understanding of API design, REST standards and event\-driven architectures.

. Experience integrating with legacy or enterprise backends (mainframe, packaged core systems, or similar platforms).

. Deploy and operate applications on container platforms based on Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes

. Implement secure connectivity (mTLS, certificates, network segmentation) between cloud platforms and mainframe environments.

. Experience with agile development methodologies and DevOps practices

. Excellent problem\-solving and analytical skills

. Strong communication and collaboration skills

Good\-to\-Have Skills

. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure

. Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes

. Familiarity with message brokers such as RabbitMQ and Kafka

. Familiarity with machine learning and artificial intelligence technologies

. Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
