- *About the Role**
We are seeking an experienced **Cloud Engineer – ECM** to design, deploy, and modernize enterprise\-scale content management solutions. In this role, you will lead the cloud\-native transformation of **OpenText Documentum** environments onto **Microsoft Azure** using **Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS)** and **Azure DevOps (ADO)**.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- **Cloud \& ECM Engineering:** Deploy, configure, and maintain Documentum\-based solutions on Microsoft Azure. Act as the technical lead for cloud migrations, version upgrades, and infrastructure modernization.
- **DevOps \& Automation:** Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps. Write clean Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automate configuration management using Ansible.
- **Kubernetes Orchestration:** Manage containerized workloads using Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm. Optimize Kubernetes clusters for security, scale, and performance.
- **Observability \& Performance:** Set up and monitor platform health using AppDynamics, Grafana, ThousandEyes, and Azure Log Analytics. Identify and resolve complex production bottlenecks.
- **Collaboration \& Leadership:** Partner with global cross\-functional teams, architects, and stakeholders to translate business needs into robust technical designs. Mentor junior team members.
- *What We Are Looking ForMust\-Have Technical Skills:**
- **Documentum Platform:** Hands\-on experience with OpenText Documentum architecture, core fundamentals, upgrades, and running Documentum workloads inside Kubernetes.
- **Microsoft Azure:** Strong experience across Azure services, specifically:
- Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) \& Azure DevOps (ADO)
- Azure App Services \& Azure Functions
- Azure Data Factory, SQL Database, and Azure Storage
- **Containerization:** Deep expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm charting.
- **Automation:** Practical experience building robust CI/CD pipelines and writing Ansible automation.
- **Monitoring:** Proficiency in setting up observability with AppDynamics, Grafana, ThousandEyes, or Azure Log Analytics.
- *Good\-to\-Have Skills:**
- CKAD (Certified Kubernetes Application Developer) certification.
- Experience in the Oil \& Gas industry (particularly with compliance and security standards).
- Familiarity with Azure IoT ecosystems.
- Knowledge of Concurrent Engineering and Management of Change (MoC) processes.
- *Professional Competencies:**
- Strong problem\-solving skills with a focus on root\-cause analysis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with global stakeholders.
- Ability to work comfortably within an Agile/Scrum framework.
Pay: ₹2,000,000\.00 \- ₹3,600,000\.00 per year
