Cluster Lead

• *Key Responsibilities1\. Staff Management and Timeliness**

• Ensure all staff report on time and complete shifts as scheduled.
• Oversee proper shift handovers at all operational sites.
• Arrange locum staff when required and inform the client in advance.
• Maintain backup staff to cover leave or absenteeism.

• *2\. Attendance Monitoring**

• Ensure staff mark attendance as per client requirements.
• Resolve discrepancies in attendance records.
• Complete attendance by the **21st of every month** and share with Regional HR.
• Verify overtime with client attendance sheets before submission to HR.

• *3\. Salary Processing / Vendor Payment**

• Ensure timely salary disbursement to staff.
• Share salary slips post disbursement.
• Raise GR/SR for all manpower vendors to ensure timely payments.

• *4\. Coordination with HR**

• Submit finalized salary details by the **21st of every month** (finalization by the 20th).
• Ensure overtime is calculated correctly as per client norms.
• Share new staff documents (qualification, experience, ID proof) with HR for offer letters and ID cards.

• *5\. Quality and AVR**

• Conduct physical site visits for quality checks and audits and share reports with the Quality Team.
• Ensure night call checks are conducted to confirm driver alertness and compliance.

• *6\. Invoicing**

• Share billing data with Accounts (Sushil Holam) on the last day of the month.
• Ensure billing accuracy as per agreement/PO.
• Submit invoices to the client (email \& hard copy) by the **5th of every month**.
• Track pending payments beyond 30 days and follow up as per client process.

• *7\. Client Management**

• Maintain strong relationships with client SPOCs.
• Handle client escalations promptly.
• Coordinate daily operational feedback with the client.

• *8\. Physical Visits**

* Visit assigned sites for

• Invoice submission (first week of every month)
• Ambulance AVR
• New staff deployment
• Attendance verification (post 20th of every month)
• New site launches
• Sites outside Mumbai (Nagpur / Indore / Silvasa / Nagothane / Bharuch / Ahmedabad / Surat) – once every 2 months

• *9\. Vendor Coordination**

• Coordinate with vendors for new deployments.
• Negotiate manpower rates.
• Verify manpower quality before deployment.
• Match vendor attendance with client records before releasing payments.

• *10\. Indent \& PO Management**

• Raise indents for project requirements.
• Follow up with Procurement for PO issuance.
• Maintain PO tracker for renewal or closure as per timelines.

• *11\. Vendor Code Creation**

• Share required documents for vendor code creation.
• Raise vendor code creation requests through Setlmint.

• *12\. Ambulance \& Patient Data Management**

• Maintain ambulance checklists and patient data.
• Share reports with the client.
• Address gaps and ensure compliance with client requirements.
• Maintain strong client relationships for smooth operations.

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: ₹28,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
