Cluster Sales Manager ( CSM ) - Affordable Housing

Our Client from Housing Finance sector is seeking a dynamic and results\-oriented Cluster Sales Manager (CSM) to lead their sales efforts in the Affordable Housing segment.

The CSM will be responsible for managing sales operations across a cluster of projects, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with channel partners and customers.

This role requires a strategic thinker with proven leadership skills and a deep understanding of the affordable housing market.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for the assigned cluster of affordable housing projects.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives, ensuring their continuous development and high performance.
• Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation, customer qualification, site visits, negotiation, to closing deals.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and financial institutions to expand sales networks and drive referrals.
• Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities, market trends, and customer needs in the affordable housing sector.
• Monitor sales performance metrics, prepare detailed sales reports, and present findings to senior management, offering insights and actionable recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with all sales processes, policies, and regulatory requirements specific to affordable housing.
• Organize and participate in sales events, exhibitions, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
• Manage customer grievances and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the buying process.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, finance, and project teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer delivery.
