Job Title: Cold Caller / Outbound Sales Representative**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and resilient **Cold Caller** to join our sales team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to prospective customers, introduce our Service, generate interest, and set up appointments for our senior sales representatives. The ideal candidate has an excellent phone demeanor, thrives in a fast\-paced environment, and doesn't get discouraged by rejection.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• **Outbound Calling:** Make a high volume of outbound calls daily (typically 70 calls per day) to targeted prospects.
• **Pitching \& Engaging:** Effectively deliver the company’s value proposition using prepared scripts, while sounding natural and conversational.
• **Lead Qualification:** Ask pertinent questions to understand the prospect's needs and determine if they are a qualified lead for our business.
• **Appointment Setting:** Schedule meetings, calls, or demos between qualified prospects and our Account Executives/Closing team.
• **Objection Handling:** Confidently address questions, overcome objections, and bypass gatekeepers to reach decision\-makers.
• **Meeting Targets:** Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly quotas for calls made and appointments set.

• *Requirements \& Qualifications**

• **Experience:** Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or outbound sales is highly preferred.
• **Communication Skills:** Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills. Clear and articulate speaking voice.
• **Resilience:** The ability to handle rejection professionally and maintain a positive attitude.
• **Drive:** Self\-motivated, goal\-oriented, and reliable with a strong work ethic.
• **Language:** Fluent in English \& Hindi.

Pay: ₹100\.00 \- ₹10,000\.00 per month
