About the Role

Ganpati Homez is looking for a **strong, disciplined and result\-oriented Collection Executive** to manage outstanding payments and strengthen the company’s collection process. The candidate will be responsible for regular customer follow\-ups, payment recovery, field visits and maintaining proper collection records.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up with customers for **pending and overdue payments** through calls, WhatsApp and personal visits.
• Conduct **field visits** for payment collection whenever required.
• Maintain regular follow\-up with customers until outstanding amounts are cleared.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Accounts and Management teams regarding pending payments.
• Prepare and maintain **daily collection reports and outstanding statements**.
• Track customer\-wise outstanding amounts, promised payment dates and payment status.
• Ensure timely collection as per agreed payment terms.
• Escalate long\-pending or critical accounts to management with proper details.
• Maintain professional communication while handling payment\-related discussions.
• Assist in developing an effective system for **reducing outstanding receivables and improving cash flow**.

Candidate Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in **Collection / Recovery / Accounts Receivable / Field Collection** preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Confident personality with the ability to handle difficult payment follow\-ups professionally.
• Strong follow\-up and convincing ability.
• Willingness to travel for customer visits within Bhubaneswar and nearby areas.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and payment/collection records.
• Must be **disciplined, punctual, responsible and target\-oriented**.
• Candidates with experience in **real estate, interior, construction, building materials, hardware or similar industries** will be preferred.

What We Expect

We are looking for a **firm but professional collection professional** who can take ownership of outstanding payments, maintain consistent follow\-ups and contribute directly towards improving the company's collection efficiency.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
