*Job Responsibilities:**

The candidate will be responsible for managing collections for the **secured loan portfolio**, specifically handling **NPA bucket cases**. The role includes following up with delinquent customers, coordinating recovery activities, managing field collection efforts, and ensuring maximum recovery while following company policies and legal guidelines.

The candidate should have experience in handling secured portfolio cases and should be able to coordinate with legal, credit, operations, and field teams for smooth recovery execution. The role also involves maintaining proper collection records, tracking recovery progress, and ensuring timely updates on assigned cases.

*Legal \& Recovery Knowledge Required:**

Candidate should have good knowledge and practical experience in the **SARFAESI process**, **Section 138 cases**, legal notices, possession\-related coordination, and recovery follow\-ups for secured loans.

*Candidate Requirement:**

We are looking for a candidate with experience in **secured loan collections**, especially in **NPA bucket management**. Team handling exposure is preferred, along with strong follow\-up skills, negotiation ability, and local market understanding.

*Preferred Candidate Profile:**

Candidate should be a **local candidate from Surat** with experience in secured portfolio collections and legal recovery processes.
