Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Collection Manager with a minimum of 10 years of experience to manage collection operations, lead teams, and achieve recovery targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end\-to\-end collection and recovery operations.
• Lead, train, and monitor the collections team.
• Ensure achievement of monthly collection targets.
• Handle overdue accounts, escalations, and customer disputes.
• Monitor team performance and prepare collection reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and collection guidelines.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in collections or debt recovery.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem\-solving skills.
• Proven ability to achieve collection targets.
• Strong knowledge of collection processes and reporting.

• *Salary:** Negotiable based on experience and skills.
• *Joining:** Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹1,200,000\.00 \- ₹1,500,000\.00 per year
