• *Job Description:**

1\. Role Purpose

Manage customer payment follow\-up, ageing and collection coordination while maintaining professional customer communication.

2\. Key Responsibilities

Track customer payment schedules and outstanding balances; conduct scheduled payment reminders; coordinate receipts and payment confirmations; maintain collection MIS and ageing reports; escalate overdue accounts according to policy; coordinate with sales/CRM/legal teams; maintain complete records of commitments and follow\-ups.

3\. Core KPIs / Performance Measures

Collection vs target; overdue reduction; promise\-to\-pay adherence; follow\-up completion; receipt/reconciliation accuracy; ageing reduction

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
