### **Description**

We are pleased to announce an incredibly exciting opportunity in our Commercial team in Mumbai as Commercial Business Intelligence (CBI) Analyst.

The role is based in Mumbai, India, and reporting to Manager CBI, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of QR Network Revenue Strategy.

Looking at past trends and future outlook, you will support, monitor and analyze QR network revenue performance providing meaningful insights and clear business recommendations in a holistic manner.

You will be actively involved providing insights on key performance indicators at Region/Country/Route level across QR Network with a close look at competition.

• *Key Accountabilities:**

• Analyse traffic segments, distribution channels and travel agencies to drive QR market share and revenue goals.
• Interpret and analyse large sets of data on assigned portfolio and make recommendations to improve our commercial strategy.
• Identify market opportunities through internal and external analysis and initiate proposals to generate incremental revenue.
• Provide commentary on performance to KPIs e.g. market share and revenue performance under assigned portfolios.
• Design and build the next generation reporting tools for better decision making and diffuse them across the commercial department.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders e.g. Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, Network Planning teams, etc. to drive tactical and structural initiatives.
• Monitor performance of fare products, sales incentives and commercial initiatives.
• Build business cases to support recommendations on commercial product/policy changes to improve portfolio performance.
• Work closely with Regional CBI and Revenue Management, as well as other data stakeholders, to improve the data processing flow and the data adoption by regional CBI and sales team.
• Support management in any ad\-hoc analysis and/or assigned projects.

### **Qualification**

• Post Graduate / Graduate or Equivalent qualification
• 3\+ years of relevant experience ideally within Aviation or the travel industry managing (Processing and analyzing) voluminous data
• Good hands\-on experience on tools like PowerBI and Tableau
• PC literate with knowledge of PowerPoint / Excel / Word / Outlook
• Functional knowledge of GDS, NDC, MIDT and DDS is a plus
