To ensure the successful execution of pre\-commissioning, installation, commissioning, FAT, and SAT activities by meticulously preparing and reviewing contracts, schedules, and technical documents. Efficiently resolve issues, manage resources, and maintain effective communication with stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget. Provide hands\-on technical support and continuous improvement feedback to enhance project outcomes. Ensure comprehensive documentation and adherence to IMS procedures for seamless project handover and client satisfaction.
Rapid Issue Resolution:* Collaboration: Work closely with field engineers and project engineers to gather information and understand the root cause of problems.
Effective Communication:* Stakeholder Coordination: Keep project managers and clients informed of any issues and the steps being taken to resolve them.
Resource Management:* Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate resources to ensure that critical issues are resolved first.
Coordination with Project Engineers:* Feedback Loop: Provide feedback to project engineers on any design or execution issues discovered during commissioning.
Technical Support:* On\-Site Assistance: Offer hands\-on support to field engineers during the commissioning process to ensure issues are resolved quickly.
Handover and Documentation:* Issue Tracking: Maintain an up\-to\-date log of all issues encountered and resolved during the commissioning phase.
The role is authorized to approve contracts and technical documents, manage project schedules and costs, conduct plant walkthroughs, and carry out FAT, HAZOP, and PSSR. It includes resolving project issues, managing risks, following IMS procedures, and approving changes. The role also involves effective communication with stakeholders, efficient resource allocation, providing technical support, and documenting all issues and resolutions. Additionally, the role is authorized to prepare detailed commissioning reports and ensure all resolved issues are included in the final handover documentation.
This position has direct supervisory responsibilities and does serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department. **Work Environment**
