- *Responsibilities and Impact:**
- Lead the analysis, configuration, and testing phases for the implementation of the Dayforce compensation module.
- Conduct in\-depth analysis of compensation data from AON and other market providers to develop and maintain robust compensation structures and guidance for hiring, promotion, and review processes.
- Manage the administration of all Reward team processes including processing invoices and developing our THEO information.
- Develop, analyze and maintain process documentation, collaborating with auditors to ensure compliance of all Reward\-related processes and data.
- Serve as the key liaison between the Reward and HR Operations teams, focusing on payroll data governance, auditing, and timely data synchronisation.
- Support the Head of Reward and Benefits Partner in all aspects of the role, including:
- Providing comprehensive data modeling and analytical support for the annual remuneration review process..
- Equity plan administration.
- Global mobility.
- Global benefits renewals and new benefits initiatives.
- Development of benefit systems.
- Wellbeing initiatives and employee engagement of benefits.
- Develop data metrics for the Reward team and the wider HR team. Provide analysis of the data to support HR projects.
- Support the Head of Rewards and the wider HR team on global projects.
- *What We’re Looking For:**
- *Basic Required Experience:**
- Proven experience in compensation and benefits, with a strong focus on administration, data analysis, modeling, and reporting in a multi\-country or global context..
- Demonstrable experience in Reward systems management and development.
- Be able to demonstrate strong attention to detail and that checks and balances are conducted at all stages of processes.
- Technical knowledge of remuneration and benefits on a global basis. Strong knowledge of the wider reward management and payroll processes.
- Track record of managing third\-party vendors across platforms and benefits.
- Comfortable presenting to employees and senior stakeholders.
- *Additional Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience within a regulated or complex global business environment.
- Professional qualifications in Reward, HR, or Benefits (e.g., CIPD).
