Compliance Executive

We are looking for a detail\-oriented Compliance Audit Executive to conduct regulatory compliance reviews, internal audits, and risk assessments. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring adherence to statutory requirements, identifying compliance gaps, and supporting the implementation of effective compliance frameworks.

Qualification

• Semi\-Qualified CA / CS.
• CS / LLB graduates with relevant compliance audit experience.
• Strong understanding of the Companies Act, GST, Labour Laws, and other applicable statutory regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct compliance audits across various business processes and functions.
• Evaluate adherence to the Companies Act, GST, Labour Laws, and other regulatory requirements.
• Identify compliance gaps, risks, and non\-compliances and recommend corrective actions.
• Review and assess data to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
• Prepare audit reports, risk matrices, and compliance dashboards.
• Monitor and track the closure of audit observations.
• Assist in designing, reviewing, and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to collect documentation and compliance evidence.
• Support regulatory compliance monitoring and internal audit activities.

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
