Education: Any graduate, Post Graduate
Experience: 0\-2 yrs

Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor computer systems and peripheral equipment
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain digital records
- Run scheduled batch jobs and system backups
- Troubleshoot basic hardware/software issues and escalate when needed
- Maintain logs of system operations, errors, and resolutions
- Assist in updating software and performing routine maintenance
- Coordinate with IT and support teams for system\-related tasks
- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality during processing
