Job Description: Computer Vision / AI Engineer – Fresher

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated fresher with an interest in Computer Vision, AI, and software development to join our product development team.

You will work on developing a camera\-based industrial inspection systems.

We value **strong learning ability, problem\-solving skills, persistence, and a willingness to experiment and implement ideas** more than extensive work experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop computer vision algorithms using Python and OpenCV.
• Work on image processing, object detection, and image matching.
• Develop methods to track camera movement.
• Build software to teach and save correct product configurations for future inspections.
• Explore and implement AI/ML techniques where required.
• Test algorithms using real images, analyse failures, and improve accuracy.
• Work with the team to develop and test working prototypes.

Required Skills

• Basic programming knowledge in Python.
• Fundamental understanding of Computer Vision or Image Processing.
• Basic knowledge of AI/ML concepts.
• Logical thinking and problem\-solving ability.
• Strong willingness to learn new technologies and implement solutions independently.

Good to Have

• Experience with OpenCV, NumPy, or PyTorch.
• Academic projects in Computer Vision, AI, robotics, or image processing.
• Knowledge of camera calibration, object detection, or image tracking.
• Familiarity with Git and software development practices.
