Salary\- 25\-35 k per month

We are looking for a creative and concept\-driven designer who can transform abstract ideas, behavioural principles and technology\-driven objectives into tangible objects, functional prototypes and thoughtfully designed experiences.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Come up with creative ideas for everyday objects and workplace accessories.
• Turn ideas into simple designs, sketches, models and prototypes.
• Think about how an object's design and purpose can encourage better habits.
• Create useful designs that combine creativity, appearance and functionality.
• Use text, illustrations and simple visual guides to communicate ideas clearly.
• Explore different materials, shapes, sizes and design options.
• Collect feedback, improve designs and find practical ways to make them.
• Work with team members to develop ideas into finished products.

• *Required Skills**

• Creative thinking and problem\-solving skills.
• Interest in designing objects and finding new ways to use them.
• Basic knowledge of drawing, sketching or design tools.
• Willingness to learn about materials, prototyping and product design.
• Ability to explain ideas and work with a team.
• Curiosity about technology and human behaviour.

• *Qualifications**

• Final\-year students or fresh graduates with a degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, Communication Design, Visual Design, Interaction Design or related fields can apply.

• *Preferred Skills**

• Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CAD software or equivalent design applications.
• Knowledge of 3D modelling, model\-making, material exploration or vendor coordination.
• Understanding of behavioural design, human\-centred design or experience design.
• Interest in AI tools, software engineering workflows and responsible technology adoption.

• *Portfolio Requirements**

Candidates should submit a portfolio demonstrating their conceptual thinking and design execution.

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
