Construction Manager

Responsible for managing and executing architectural, interior fit\-out, and finishing works from project commencement to final handover. Ensure projects are completed within approved budgets, timelines, quality standards, and safety requirements.

• *Roles \& Responsibilities**

• Manage and supervise all architectural, civil finishing, and interior fit\-out activities at project sites.
• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, consultants, structural engineers, MEP teams, and subcontractors.
• Review architectural drawings, interior design drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications.
• Execute and monitor works including:

Blockwork, plastering, and partition works.

Flooring, tiling, marble, and granite works.

False ceiling, gypsum board, and partition works.

Wooden doors, joinery, and modular furniture.

Wall panelling, cladding, and decorative finishes.

Painting, polishing, and wallpaper works.

Glass, aluminium, and glazing works.

Interior fit\-out and final finishing works.

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech).
• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
• Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Diploma in Interior Design or Interior Architecture (for interior fit\-out specialization).
• 15 years of experience in construction \& architectural finishing, interior execution, and project coordination.

Pay: From ₹75,000\.00 per month
