• *Construction Manager – Large\-Scale Renewable Energy Projects**

As a Construction Manager within our Renewables business, you will take full ownership of delivering large\-scale solar, wind, and hybrid energy assets. From planning through commissioning, you will ensure safe, high\-quality execution that meets schedule and budget targets. • *What You'll Do**

• Develop and maintain detailed Site Execution Plans, including resource schedules, logistics strategies, and work breakdown structures for renewable energy projects.

• Direct all civil, mechanical, electrical, and SCADA works, ensuring strict adherence to design specifications, contractual requirements, and industry codes.

• Champion a zero\-tolerance safety culture through site audits, toolbox talks, incident investigations, and compliance with corporate HSE standards.

• Coordinate pre\-commissioning, SAT, and commissioning activities with vendors, grid operators, and Owner's Engineer to achieve grid synchronization and COD.

• Oversee EPC contractor performance, certify progress invoices, manage NCR tracking, and validate as\-built documentation for handover.

• Interface with local authorities, utilities, landowners, and community representatives to secure permits, clearances, and site access.

• Monitor project budgets, track cost variances, and deliver weekly and monthly progress reports to senior leadership and external stakeholders.

• *What You Bring**

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).

• 12\+ years of construction management experience in large\-scale renewable energy or power transmission projects in India.

• Proven track record delivering 100 MWp or larger solar projects from ground\-breaking to COD.

• Hands\-on experience with EPC contracting models, quality systems, and commissioning of 33/132/220 kV substations and transmission lines.

• Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, and standard ERP modules for procurement and finance.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire multi\-disciplinary teams and contractors under pressure.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a proactive, data\-driven approach to problem\-solving.

• *Location**

Rajasthan,India – Project site locations. This is a fully on\-site role based at active construction sites. Willingness to work in remote environments is essential.
