- *Job Title: Construction Project Manager / Project Coordinator**
- *Location: Baner, Pune**

- *About the Role**
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Construction Project Manager / Project Coordinator to oversee and streamline our building construction projects.
You will act as the central hub of communication and project control, bridging the gap between design, execution, and cost management. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in civil engineering or architecture, excellent estimation skills, and a proven track record of coordinating multiple stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- *Key Responsibilities**
1\. Project \& Consultant Coordination\*
Act as the primary point of contact between the in\-house team, architects, structural engineers, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) consultants, and landscape architects.
Ensure all Good for Construction (GFC) drawings and technical specifications are coordinated, clash\-free, and distributed to the site team on schedule.
Organize and lead regular site coordination meetings to resolve design or execution bottlenecks.
2\. Estimation \& Cost Management\*
Prepare accurate and detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQs) and material estimates based on architectural and structural drawings.
Develop and manage the overall project budget, tracking planned vs. actual expenditures.
Verify and process contractor running bills (RA bills), final bills, and vendor invoices against actual site measurements.
3\. Contractor \& Vendor Management
Source, evaluate, and onboard reliable contractors, sub\-contractors, and material vendors.
Float tenders, compare bids, negotiate rates, and finalize work orders/contracts.
Monitor contractor performance on\-site to ensure adherence to safety standards, quality parameters, and project timelines.
- *4\. Planning \& Reporting**
Create detailed project schedules (using MS Project or similar tools) and track daily/weekly site progress.
Prepare comprehensive progress reports, highlighting potential delays, cost overruns, or required interventions for the management team.
- *Qualifications \& Skills**
Education:\* B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering, B.Arch, or a related field. (A Post\-Graduate degree in Construction Management is a plus).
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination, estimation, and site management for mid to large\-scale real estate projects.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project scheduling software (MS Project/Primavera). Strong understanding of reading complex architectural and structural drawings.
Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation, problem\-solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage conflict and drive consensus among various consultants and contractors.
