• *Total Experience:** 6\-10 years

• *Job Location:** Mumbai \& Chennai

• *Mode of Hire:** Permanent

• *Educational Qualification:** Any (Full Time Graduate)

• *Key responsibilities:**

• Perform support operations for .NET applications, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are consistently met.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes for recurring issues.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure seamless support.
• Monitor application health and performance using tools like GCP Operations Suite.
• Manage change requests, deployments, and patching activities in coordination with stakeholders.
• Participate in rotational weekend support activities as required.

• *Required Skills \& Experience:**

• 6\+ years of experience in .NET application support and development.
• Strong knowledge of C\#, .NET Core, MVC, ASP.NET, MVC .NET Core, Angular, SSIS and SQL Server.
• Experience with GCP services such as Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, and Cloud SQL.
• Experience using Service now / ADO.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA).
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proven experience in performing support tasks and managing stakeholders.
