The **Consultant** will support the implementation of state\-level CIFF program by coordinating with fellows, district teams, government stakeholders, and internal cross\-functional teams. The role focuses on ensuring smooth program execution, tracking implementation progress, maintaining data quality, documentation and supporting field operations to achieve project objectives.

  • *Key Responsibilities**

1\. Program Implementation

  • Support day\-to\-day implementation of state education programs.
  • Coordinate with district teams to ensure timely execution of activities.
  • Track implementation milestones and follow up on pending actions.
  • Assist in school onboarding and program rollout.
  • Identify implementation challenges and escalate them appropriately.
  • Ensure smooth execution of field activities.

2\. District Coordination

  • Coordinate regularly with District Officials and Fellows.
  • Monitor district\-wise progress against implementation plans.
  • Follow up on action items from review meetings.
  • Support districts in resolving operational issues.
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned deliverables.

3\. Government Coordination

  • Support communication with DPI,SCERT, VSK, RSK, DPOs, DIETs, and district officials.
  • Assist in scheduling government meetings and follow\-ups.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and action trackers.
  • Maintain records of approvals and official communications.

4\. Monitoring \& Reporting

  • Maintain implementation trackers and dashboards.
  • Monitor key program indicators.
  • Validate field data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly progress reports.
  • Share implementation updates with internal teams.

5\. Data Management

  • Collect, clean, and analyze implementation data.
  • Update Google Sheets, Excel trackers, and dashboards.
  • Generate reports for leadership and government reviews.
  • Support data\-based decision\-making.

6\. Training \& Capacity Building

  • Coordinate state and district\-level training sessions.
  • Assist in preparing training materials and presentations.
  • Track participant attendance and feedback.
  • Support post\-training follow\-up activities.

7\. Cross\-functional Coordination

  • Coordinate with Product, Operations, Content, Customer Success, and Technology teams.
  • Raise field issues and track their resolution.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and product deployments.
  • Ensure smooth communication between field and internal teams.

8\. Documentation

  • Maintain project documentation and implementation records.
  • Prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoMs).
  • Update action trackers regularly.
  • Document best practices and success stories.
  • Maintain repository of project documents.

9\. Risk \& Issue Tracking

  • Identify implementation issues at the district level.
  • Maintain issue logs and follow\-up trackers.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the State Manager.
  • Support implementation of mitigation plans.

2\-5 years of experience in program implementation or project coordination.

Experience working in the education, development, or EdTech sector.

Exposure to government programs or NGO projects is preferred.

Experience in data tracking and reporting.

Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work in a fast\-paced, multi\-stakeholder environment.
