We are looking for a Full\-Stack Developer who can build, deliver, and maintain end\-to\-end solutions across frontend and backend systems. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in React and Python, experience with cloud platforms and API integrations, and an ownership\-driven mindset to deliver high\-quality, production\-ready features in an Agile environment.

The role involves working across a React/TanStack micro\-frontend architecture and FastAPI backend, integrating Azure services and AI/LLM capabilities, and collaborating closely with designers and team members to deliver features through bi\-weekly releases.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Lead feature development end\-to\-end, from technical design and implementation through testing, deployment, and release.
• Architect scalable, reliable, and maintainable solutions in collaboration with the Tech Lead.
• Make key technical decisions and guide implementation approaches across frontend and backend systems.
• Mentor junior and mid\-level developers through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing.
• Proactively identify technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Establish and promote best practices for testing, documentation, deployment, monitoring, and code quality.
• Act as a technical point of contact when the Tech Lead is focused on other workstreams.
• Drive effective delivery within Agile/Scrum teams, ensuring commitments are met and releases remain on track.
• Balance delivery speed with engineering quality, making pragmatic trade\-offs without compromising essential standards.
• Demonstrate ownership of complex technical challenges and support the team in achieving shared outcomes.

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications**
• ------------------------------------

• All technical skills and qualifications listed under the Full\-Stack Developer profile, including React, Python/FastAPI, micro\-frontend architecture, Azure services, REST APIs, asynchronous processing, CI/CD, and AI/LLM integrations.
• 5–8\+ years of hands\-on software development experience, with demonstrated technical leadership.
• Proven experience architecting and delivering complex, production\-grade applications and systems.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, scalability, performance optimization, testing strategies, and production operations.
• Experience leading technical delivery within Agile/Scrum teams operating on bi\-weekly or faster release cycles.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical decisions and trade\-offs to engineering teams and business stakeholders.
• Proven ability to mentor developers, provide constructive feedback, and raise engineering standards across the team.
• Ability to balance speed, quality, and delivery commitments while making informed technical trade\-offs.
• A builder’s mentality, with enthusiasm for solving complex problems, taking ownership, and driving solutions from concept to production.

• *Preferred / Bonus Skills**

• Experience with micro\-frontend bundling technologies such as Module Federation and RsPack.
• Knowledge of OAuth2/OIDC authentication flows, including PingFederate and MSAL.
• Experience with AI\-assisted development and emerging developer productivity tools.
• Familiarity with data visualization libraries such as Recharts, D3, and Plotly.
• Experience improving engineering practices, system observability, and delivery processes across development teams.

• Proactively communicate delivery risks, technical blockers, and dependencies.
