Role Summary The Reinsurance Domain Consultant serves as a trusted advisor to clients undergoing business and technology transformation within the reinsurance and actuarial domain. The role focuses on business process optimization, transformation strategy, change management, operating model improvement, and modernization initiatives, leveraging deep reinsurance and actuarial expertise to drive measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Lead business process assessment and optimization across reinsurance operations, including treaty, facultative, and retrocession processes. Advise clients on business transformation initiatives, operating model redesign, process standardization, and organizational change. Provide domain consulting for actuarial and reinsurance platform modernization, cloud adoption, automation, and integration programs. Translate business objectives and regulatory requirements into transformation roadmaps and solution recommendations. Guide Managed Capacity and Managed Outcome engagements, ensuring alignment with business goals, governance standards, and outcome realization. Partner with senior stakeholders to drive adoption, process improvement, risk reduction, and operational excellence. Support strategic consulting, pre\-sales, workshops, and thought leadership initiatives within the reinsurance domain. Key Required Skills Business Process Management Expertise in reinsurance process design, optimization, governance, standardization, and continuous improvement. Business Transformation Proven experience leading transformation initiatives involving operating model redesign, modernization, automation, and business value realization. Change Management Experience driving stakeholder alignment, organizational readiness, adoption, communication, and transition management for large\-scale transformation programs. Reinsurance \& Actuarial Domain Expertise Extensive knowledge of reinsurance products, contracts, accounting, financial reporting, actuarial systems, and end\-to\-end reinsurance operations.
