• *Your work profile**

We are seeking a highly motivated **Zoho Technical Consultant** with hands\-on experience in **Finance Transformation Projects**, **Zoho Books**, **Zoho Creator**, **Deluge Development**, and **API Integrations**. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing finance and accounting solutions within the Zoho ecosystem, enabling automation, process optimization, seamless integrations, and business intelligence reporting.Lead end\-to\-end implementation and configuration of Zoho Books and Zoho Expense solutions.

• *Zoho Development \& Solution Delivery**
• Design and develop custom business applications using **Zoho Creator**.
• Develop custom functions, workflows, and automation using **Deluge Scripting**.
• Configure and customize Zoho applications to meet finance and accounting business requirements.
• Create custom forms, reports, dashboards, and approval workflows.
• Provide technical recommendations and solution architecture for finance transformation initiatives.

• *Finance \& Accounting Solutions**
• Implement and support **Zoho Books**, **Zoho Expense**, and related finance applications.
• Automate Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Invoice Processing, Expense Management, and Financial Reporting.
• Configure accounting workflows, tax settings, approval hierarchies, and compliance controls.
• Support Finance, Procurement, Expense Management, and Shared Services projects.
• Optimize Procure\-to\-Pay (P2P), Order\-to\-Cash (O2C), and Record\-to\-Report (R2R) processes.

• *Integration \& Automation**
• Develop integrations between Zoho applications and external systems using **REST APIs**, **Webhooks**, **JSON**, and **XML**.
• Integrate Zoho solutions with ERP, CRM, HRMS, Payroll, Banking Platforms, and Payment Gateways.
• Develop automated data synchronization and business process workflows.
• Support enterprise\-wide finance system integration initiatives.

• *Reporting \& Analytics**
• Build financial dashboards and executive reports using **Zoho Analytics**.
• Develop KPI scorecards, MIS reports, and management dashboards.
• Support financial planning, budgeting, and reporting requirements.
• Enable data\-driven decision\-making through real\-time analytics.

• *Project Delivery \& Support**
• Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Prepare technical documentation and configuration guides.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Go\-Live, and Hypercare activities.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, enhancements, and optimization.

• *Key skills required**

• 4\+ years of Zoho consulting and development experience.
• Experience delivering Finance Digital Transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of accounting and financial processes.
• Experience integrating finance applications with ERP and payroll systems.
• Knowledge of compliance, audit controls, and financial governance.
• Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, or Zoho certifications preferred.
