### **Your Task**

We are seeking a **Team Coordinator \- German Language** to coordinate daily team operations and ensure smooth execution of HR processes and service requests. This role requires **6 to 9 years of experience** and candidates must have a **notice period of 0 to 30 days**. The Team Coordinator will act as the primary point of contact for German\-speaking employees, stakeholders, and business partners.

#### **Key Responsibilities**

• Coordinate daily team operations and ensure smooth execution of HR processes and service requests
• Act as the primary point of contact for German\-speaking employees, stakeholders, and business partners
• Handle HR queries and employee requests in German and English, ensuring timely and accurate resolution
• Monitor team workloads, track service levels (SLAs), and ensure adherence to quality standards and deadlines
• Support the preparation and maintenance of employment contracts, letters, certificates, and other HR\-related documentation
• Maintain and update employee records in HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance
• Identify process gaps, resolve operational issues, and escalate complex cases when necessary
• Prepare reports, analyze operational metrics, and provide regular updates to management
• Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies, including government authorities, insurance providers, and other stakeholders
• Conduct quality checks and audits to ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures
• Support onboarding, offboarding, and other employee lifecycle activities
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity and customer satisfaction

### **Your Profile**

We are looking for a qualified **Team Coordinator \- German Language** with 6 to 9 years of experience, strong fluency in German and English, solid HR operations background, and excellent coordination and stakeholder management abilities.

#### **Must Have Skills**

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• 6 to 9 years of experience
• 2\-5 years of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, Team Coordination, or Customer Service environments
• **Fluency in German (B2/C1 level or higher) is mandatory**
• **Fluency in English is mandatory**
• Strong German communication skills (written and verbal)
• Excellent coordination abilities
• Excellent stakeholder management abilities
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong multitasking skills
• Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines in a fast\-paced environment
• Problem\-solving capabilities
• Decision\-making capabilities
• High attention to detail and data accuracy
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Notice Period of 0 to 30 days

#### **Nice to Have Skills**

• Experience working with HRMS/ERP systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or Oracle HCM
• Experience supporting international or European clients
• Experience in HR Shared Services or Global Business Services (GBS)
• Knowledge of German labor practices and HR processes
• Experience leading or coordinating small operational teams
