• *Role Summary**

We are looking for an experienced **Pega professional** to design and deliver Pega applications, lead technical teams, and ensure solutions meet business needs.

• *Responsibilities**

• Design and implement Pega applications following best practices.
• Lead development teams and provide technical guidance.
• Integrate Pega with external systems (REST, SOAP, databases).
• Review code and ensure performance, security, and compliance.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.

• *Required Skills**

• **Pega Certification:** CSSA mandatory;
• Strong knowledge of **Pega PRPC 8\.x or higher**.
• Experience in Pega constellation
• Experience in **case management**, **data modelling**, and **integration**.
• Familiarity with **Java**, **SQL**, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
• Good communication and leadership skills.
