• *About the Programme:**

The NICE (National Insight Centre for Education) initiative aims to build a unified data and policy intelligence platform for the Ministry of Education, consolidating information across 33\+ central education schemes to support evidence\-based decision making.

• *About the Role:**

The role involves supporting programme intelligence through research, data analysis, reporting and stakeholder coordination across the NICE platform and its associated workstreams.

• *Key Roles and Responsibility:**

• *1\. Research and Policy Analysis:** Conduct research on policy, programmes and sector benchmarks, and track regulatory and legislative developments relevant to the organisation’s mandate.

• *2\. Data Analysis and Validation:** Analyse datasets to identify trends and discrepancies and validate reported figures against underlying source data.

• *3\. Reporting and Documentation:** Prepare structured reports, briefing notes and summaries in formats appropriate for senior and policy making audiences.

• *4\. Stakeholder Management and Government Liaison:** Liaise with senior officials and leadership, and coordinate with external partners, vendors and developers on project delivery.

• *5\. Platform and Systems Support:** Contribute to the development and maintenance of digital dashboards and platforms, and support data mapping between design and technical teams.

• *6\. Programme and Event Support:** Support planning and coordination for institutional events and manage data related to participants and partners as required.

• *Qualifications:**

• **Required:** Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as public policy, management or social sciences

• **Preferred:** Master’s degree or MBA in a relevant field is an advantage

• *Experience (Preferred):**

1\. **5\+ years of experience** in government advisory, consulting or the development sector

2\. Experience in **central or state government ministries and public sector undertakings**

3\. Strong experience in **stakeholder coordination and policy research**

4\. Experience in **data analysis, reporting and documentation**

5\. Exposure to **digital platforms, dashboards or public sector initiatives**
