AI Product Consultant, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation

• *Position Summary**

Deloitte is building a next\-generation AI product and Transformation capability within its Digital Products \& Innovation practice – and we are looking for the people who will define it.

This is not a role for those who manage products in a steady state. It is a role for practitioners who can anticipate problems that don’t exist today, identify and clearly articulate where AI creates genuine user and enterprise value, shape that opportunity into a structured, ready\-to\-commercialize product, and see it through from concept to scaled deployment. • *Work you'll do**

As a consultant or Senior Consultant on the AI Product \& Transformation team, you will be responsible for…

Lead 0* 1 product development cycles – from problem framing and hypothesis definition through MVP build, pilot, and scale.

• Demonstrate a proven track record of strong speculative thinking \- generating novel ideas or enhancing existing ones in digital products and AI. This should be evidenced through working product demos (not necessarily client\-facing), ideally showcasing real\-world problem\-solving.
• Possess the ability to structure and manage AI product roadmaps and transformations, bringing high\-value strategic thinking. Apply agentic approaches not only to build intelligent systems but also to measure and drive tangible business value.
• Bring energy and initiative to build, create, and experiment – demonstrating a “show, not tell” mindset through hands\-on AI work.
• Have strong fluency in AI/ML concepts and Generative AI, with the ability to engage credibly with technical teams and independently assess feasibility.

• *Qualifications**

Required

• Consultant: 2\+ years of experience across product strategy and management, consulting, or digital transformation
• Working knowledge of artificial intelligence / machine learning concepts and Generative AI, sufficient to engage credibly with technical teams and evaluate feasibility independently

Preferred

• Hands\-on experience building AI/ML or GenAI products, including familiarity with LLMs, AI platforms, or AI product architecture
• Prior consulting experience at a strategy, technology, or digital transformation firm
• Exposure to Agile product development frameworks in a delivery context
• MBA or relevant advanced degree is a must
