• *Position Overview**

We are looking for a **UI/UX Designer with 4–6 years of experience** in designing **web and mobile applications**. The ideal candidate should have strong hands\-on experience in **user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and creating intuitive user experiences**.

This is a **remote, project\-based consulting opportunity** for someone who can work independently, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver high\-quality designs.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Create **user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes**.
• Design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for **web and mobile applications**.
• Translate business requirements into user\-centric design solutions in collaboration with product teams, developers, and stakeholders.
• Conduct **user research and usability assessments** to improve user experience.
• Maintain consistent **design systems, style guides, and UI standards**.
• Refine designs based on user feedback, testing outcomes, and business requirements.
• Support developers during **design handoff and implementation**.

• *Required Skills and Qualifications**

• **4–6 years of hands\-on UI/UX design experience**.
• Strong proficiency in **Figma** for design, prototyping, and collaboration.
• Experience designing **responsive web and mobile applications**.
• Strong understanding of **user\-centered design, usability principles, and UX best practices**.
• Ability to create **user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high\-fidelity designs**.
• Knowledge of **design systems, accessibility standards, and visual design principles**.
• Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders.
• Ability to **work independently and deliver designs within agreed timelines**.

• *Preferred Skills**

• Experience working in **Agile/Scrum** environments.
• Basic understanding of **HTML, CSS, and frontend development concepts**.
• Experience conducting **usability testing** and incorporating user feedback.
• Experience maintaining and scaling **design systems across products**.
