About the Role

GAIA Global is looking for a creative professional who can transform raw footage into engaging social media content across real estate, automobiles, hospitality, investment, and leadership brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit high\-quality reels, short\-form videos, and promotional content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Create engaging videos using motion graphics, captions, transitions, music, and storytelling techniques.
• Shoot content at project sites, showrooms, hotels, events, and corporate locations.
• Design supporting social media creatives, stories, thumbnails, and promotional graphics.
• Organize content libraries and maintain a consistent visual identity across all GAIA brands.
• Stay updated with social media trends and recommend content ideas.

Requirements

• Strong video editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
• Experience in shooting professional content using cameras, smartphones, gimbals, and basic lighting setups.
• Working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar design tools.
• Understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media content trends.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver content on schedule.

Preferred

• 1\-3 years of experience in content creation, media, or digital marketing.
• Experience in real estate, automotive, hospitality, or personal branding content.
• Drone operation skills are a plus.

Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹18,000\.00 per month
