Job Summary
The Content Creator \& Social Media Executive will be responsible for creating engaging content across multiple digital platforms, managing social media accounts, editing promotional and educational videos, and implementing strategies to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
- Create engaging and informative content for social media, blogs, websites, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
- Write compelling captions, reels scripts, ad copies, and promotional content.
- Develop educational and student\-focused content aligned with current trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute content campaigns.
Social Media Management
- Manage and optimize social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
- Plan, schedule, and publish content according to the content calendar.
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages, and build an active online community.
- Stay updated with social media trends, hashtags, and platform algorithm changes.
- Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools.
Video Editing
- Edit promotional videos, educational content, interviews, testimonials, reels, shorts, and YouTube videos.
- Add captions, transitions, animations, graphics, background music, and branding elements.
- Optimize videos for different social media platforms.
- Work closely with the content and marketing teams to create high\-performing video content.
Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Increase organic reach, engagement, and follower growth.
- Optimize content using relevant keywords, hashtags, and trending topics.
- Maintain consistency in brand messaging and visual identity.
- Analyze competitors and recommend improvements to enhance social media performance.
Performance \& Reporting
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, impressions, video views, and follower growth.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Recommend strategies for continuous improvement based on analytics and audience insights.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong content writing and copywriting abilities.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Filmora, or similar editing tools.
- Basic graphic design knowledge.
- Knowledge of social media algorithms and platform best practices.
- Understanding of SEO and SMO fundamentals.
- Creativity with strong storytelling and visual communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing (EdTech experience preferred).
- Experience in creating educational or informational content is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
