We are looking for a Creative Content Creator who can plan, create, and execute engaging

content for social media, marketing campaigns, and brand communication. The ideal candidate

should be creative, trend\-aware, and comfortable working in a fast\-paced environment.

• *Key Responsibilities**

● Create engaging content for social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube)

● Plan reels, short videos, posts, and captions aligned with brand guidelines

● Shoot and edit videos/photos at project sites and office

● Work closely with marketing and sales teams to create campaign content

● Manage content calendar and ensure timely posting

● Assist in branding and promotional activities

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications**

• *●** Proven experience as a Content Creator / Social Media Executive

● Strong skills in video editing and basic graphic design

● Knowledge of tools like Canva, CapCut, InShot, Premiere Pro, or similar

● Creative mindset with attention to detail

● Good communication and storytelling skills

● Real estate experience is a plus (not mandatory)
