• *Role Overview**

We are looking for an experienced Content Editor to review and refine our business, technical, and marketing content. The primary objective is to improve clarity, readability, tone, and messaging while ensuring the content effectively communicates with its intended audience. The role also includes evaluating supporting visuals for relevance and communication effectiveness.

• *Key Responsibilities**

Content Editing \& Proofreading

Proofread content for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and consistency.

Refine language, sentence structure, and readability while preserving the original meaning.

Improve content flow, messaging, and tone to better engage the target audience.

Identify unclear, repetitive, or ineffective content and suggest improvements.

Ensure consistency with brand voice and professional communication standards.

Content Types Covered

Website pages, landing pages, and blog articles

Newsletters and client announcement emails

Case studies, white papers, and industry reports

Marketing collateral and other business communications

• *Visual Content Review**

Assess the relevance and effectiveness of images, graphics, illustrations, and videos accompanying the content.

Evaluate how well visuals complement the message and connect with the intended audience.

Recommend improvements to visual presentation, including color schemes, background, tone, or image selection where appropriate.

Suggest alternative visual concepts when existing visuals do not effectively support the content.

Graphic design, image editing, and video production are not required.

• *Required Skills \& Experience**

Proven experience in professional copy editing, proofreading, or content editing.

Ability to refine content for clarity, engagement, and audience relevance.

Experience with B2B, technology, or professional services content is preferred.

Good editorial judgment and a basic understanding of visual communication.
