Job Summary
The Content Head / Content Writer is responsible for developing, managing, and executing high\-quality healthcare content across multiple platforms including websites, social media, blogs, newsletters, patient communication materials, internal communications, and promotional campaigns. The role requires creating accurate, engaging, and patient\-friendly content while maintaining the hospital’s brand voice and healthcare communication standards.
Key Responsibilities:1\. Content Strategy \& Planning
- Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with hospital objectives.
- Plan monthly content calendars for digital platforms, campaigns, and healthcare awareness programs.
- Identify healthcare trends, patient interests, and industry topics to create relevant content.
- Coordinate with doctors, department heads, and clinical teams to gather accurate medical information.
2\. Healthcare Content Creation
- Write and edit website content, blogs, articles, newsletters, brochures, and patient education materials.
- Create informative healthcare content on diseases, treatments, procedures, specialties, and preventive care.
- Convert complex medical information into simple, patient\-friendly language.
- Develop doctor profiles, success stories, patient testimonials, and service descriptions.
- Prepare content for hospital events, health camps, awareness programs, and campaigns.
3\. Digital \& Social Media Content Management
- Create engaging content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Develop captions, creatives, video scripts, and campaign content.
- Coordinate with design and digital marketing teams for content execution.
- Monitor content performance and suggest improvements.
4\. Brand Communication
- Ensure consistency in hospital branding, tone, and messaging across all communication channels.
- Maintain quality standards and accuracy in all published content.
- Support marketing campaigns with creative concepts and communication materials.
- Develop corporate communication documents, announcements, and internal newsletters.
5\. Content Editing \& Quality Control
- Review and proofread all content before publishing.
- Ensure medical accuracy, grammar, readability, and compliance with healthcare communication guidelines.
- Maintain content approval workflows with doctors and management teams.
6\. SEO \& Website Content Management
- Create SEO\-friendly healthcare content to improve website visibility.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize blogs and web pages.
- Update website content related to departments, doctors, services, and facilities.
- Track content performance using analytics tools.
7\. Team Coordination (Content Head Role)
- Lead and guide content writers, designers, and digital marketing teams.
- Allocate content assignments and monitor deadlines.
- Train team members on healthcare communication standards.
- Manage external agencies, freelancers, and vendors when required.
Pay: ₹35,000\.00 \- ₹60,000\.00 per month
