Content Researcher & Marketing Executive

• *About Us:** "Start Deal" is a premier digital media brand and YouTube channel specializing in Real Estate, Property Tours, and Market Reviews. We are looking for a highly motivated, desk\-based professional to drive our marketing efforts, secure brand collaborations, and coordinate content sourcing.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• **Lead Generation \& Database Management:** Identify new opportunities and build a strong database of property owners, builders, and brands for potential collaborations.
• **Pitching \& Securing Deals:** Contact prospective clients over the phone to pitch promotional opportunities and close deals for the channel.
• **Client Communication \& Follow\-up:** Share our updated media kit, channel portfolios, and handle all necessary document exchanges and follow\-ups strictly via WhatsApp.
• **Marketing Coordination:** Act as the central point of contact to schedule shoot dates and coordinate daily marketing activities from the office.

• *Requirements \& Qualifications:**

• Excellent telephonic communication, pitching, and negotiation skills in Malayalam.
• Efficiency in managing professional client communications and sharing materials through WhatsApp.
• Self\-driven with a focus on meeting lead generation and collaboration targets.
• Previous experience in business development, sales, or marketing is preferred.
• Strictly an office\-based role (No field work required).
