• *Job Summary**

We are looking for a creative and strategic Content \& Social Media Manager to shape and elevate the brand voice of Theos. In this role, you will be the bridge between our high\-end architectural designs, state\-of\-the\-art modular manufacturing, and our audience. You will be responsible for end\-to\-end organic social media management, corporate culture storytelling, and writing high\-quality, SEO\-driven content that positions Theos as a thought leader in the premium interior design space. The ideal candidate actively embraces modern AI\-driven workflows to accelerate research and content output without sacrificing premium quality.

• *Key Responsibilities**

\* \*Brand Storytelling:\* Write compelling narratives around our completed projects, translating architectural concepts and 3D renders into engaging written showcases.

\* \*Content Calendar Management:\* Plan, schedule, and execute the daily social media calendar across Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook, covering festival greetings, corporate announcements, employee onboarding, and team milestones.

\* \*SEO Copywriting \& AI Workflows:\* Write regular, well\-researched blog posts for the company website to drive organic search traffic. Leverage modern AI generation tools to significantly speed up ideation, outline drafting, and variant testing.

\* \*Client \& Internal Relations:\* Coordinate with clients to script and capture powerful video testimonials, and collaborate with internal teams to highlight workplace culture.

• *Requirements \& Qualifications**

\* \*Experience:\* 3–5 years of experience in social media management and copywriting, preferably within the architecture, interior design, luxury real estate, or premium lifestyle sectors.

\* \*AI Tool Proficiency:\* Hands\-on experience leveraging generative AI tools to accelerate content workflows while maintaining a premium, authentic human touch.

\* Required Toolkit: \*ChatGPT / Claude\* (concept brainstorming, blog structuring), \*Perplexity AI\* (rapid design and industry research), and \*Copy.ai / Jasper\* (ad copy and caption variant testing).

\* \*Skills:\* Exceptional English copywriting and editing skills. Strong understanding of on\-page SEO principles.

\* \*Aesthetic Sense:\* Ability to maintain a sophisticated, premium, and clean brand tone across all written communication.
