We are looking for a Content Strategist who can ideate, plan, and execute content for both performance ads and social media channels. The role requires someone who understands what makes people stop, watch, click, and buy.
You will work on content ideas for Meta ads, Instagram, reels, statics, product campaigns, launches, and brand communication. The ideal candidate should have a strong creative sense, understand trends, and be able to use AI tools and design softwares to turn ideas into high\-quality content.
- Ideate and plan content for ads, Instagram, reels, stories, product launches, and campaigns.
- Create content strategies for both performance marketing and organic social media.
- Write hooks, captions, ad concepts, product angles, and campaign ideas.
- Use AI tools to generate content ideas, scripts, visuals, references, and creative directions.
- Create static creatives using tools like Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or similar design softwares.
- Work closely with the marketing, design, and video team to execute creative ideas.
- Study competitors, trends, viral formats, and consumer behaviour to bring fresh ideas.
- Create content around product USPs, pain points, offers, launches, and brand storytelling.
- Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely execution of planned content.
- Analyse what type of content is working and improve future ideas accordingly.
- Strong understanding of social media content, reels, ads, and short\-form content.
- Good eye for design, layout, typography, colours, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to create static creatives using graphic design tools.
- Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Canva AI, or similar tools.
- Good writing skills for hooks, captions, ad copies, and campaign concepts.
- Should be creative, fast, detail\-oriented, and execution\-focused.
- Should understand how to make content that is both aesthetic and conversion\-friendly.
- Basic understanding of D2C, e\-commerce, fashion, lifestyle, or accessories brands is preferred.
- Basic video editing skills for reels and ad creatives.
- Experience with Meta ads creatives or performance marketing content.
- Experience in product styling, shoot planning, moodboards, or creative direction.
- Understanding of Instagram trends and influencer\-style content.
Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
