We are looking for a creative and strategic Content Manager who can develop compelling content that drives engagement, generates leads, and supports business growth across multiple digital channels.
The Content Manager will be responsible for planning, creating, editing, and managing high\-quality content across websites, blogs, social media platforms, email campaigns, and marketing materials. The ideal candidate should possess strong writing skills, SEO expertise, and experience creating both long\-form and short\-form content that aligns with business objectives and audience needs.
- *Key ResponsibilitiesContent Strategy \& Management**
- Develop and execute content strategies aligned with marketing and business goals.
- Create content calendars and ensure timely delivery of content assets.
- Coordinate with SEO, design, social media, and marketing teams to produce impactful content.
- Maintain content consistency, tone, and brand guidelines across all channels.
- Write, edit, and proofread engaging content for websites, landing pages, case studies, newsletters, and marketing collateral.
- Develop SEO\-friendly blog articles and website content to improve organic visibility.
- Create compelling short\-form content for social media, advertisements, and email campaigns.
- Produce long\-form content such as blogs, whitepapers, eBooks, guides, and industry reports.
- Draft persuasive copy for lead generation and conversion\-focused campaigns.
- *SEO \& Performance Optimization**
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices.
- Optimize content for search engines while maintaining readability and user engagement.
- Monitor content performance using analytics tools and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with SEO specialists to improve rankings and organic traffic.
- *Content Review \& Quality Control**
- Ensure content accuracy, grammar, style, and adherence to brand standards.
- Review content produced by internal teams, freelancers, or external contributors.
- Stay updated with industry trends, content marketing best practices, and search engine algorithm updates.
- *Required Skills \& Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
- 2–6 years of experience in content writing, content management, or digital marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong experience in blog writing, website content creation, and copywriting.
- Proven expertise in creating both long\-form and short\-form content.
- Solid understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and content optimization.
- Experience with content management systems (WordPress preferred).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong editing, proofreading, and storytelling skills.
- *Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience working in a digital marketing agency environment.
- Familiarity with AI\-powered content tools and content optimization platforms.
