*Role Description** This is a full\-time, on\-site Content Writer role based in Bengaluru. The Content Writer will plan, write, and edit clear, engaging content for web pages, blogs, email campaigns, social media, and learning\-related materials aligned with BrightCHAMPS’ brand voice and educational goals. The role involves conducting research on edtech trends, learner needs, and competitive offerings to inform content strategy and messaging. Day\-to\-day responsibilities include collaborating with marketing, product, and academic teams to translate complex concepts into child\- and parent\-friendly communication, optimizing content for search and engagement, and maintaining consistency across channels. The Content Writer will also review and update existing content, track performance metrics, and support content calendars for campaigns, launches, and brand initiatives.
*Qualifications**
Strong Web Content Writing and Writing skills, with the ability to create clear, concise, and audience\-focused content for digital platforms.
Experience with Content Strategy and Research to plan, structure, and optimize content based on data, audience insights, and business goals.
Excellent Proofreading skills, with a keen eye for grammar, tone, accuracy, and brand consistency.
Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Education, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Proficiency in using content management systems and basic SEO principles; familiarity with analytics tools is an advantage.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross\-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast\-paced environment.
Prior experience in edtech, K–12 learning, or education\-focused content is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong interest in technology, future skills, and child\-centric learning, with a passion for creating impactful educational content.
