• *Role Summary**

We’re looking for a Creative Content Writer with strong scriptwriting and video production expertise to craft learner\-first scripts, screenplays, and visual content for BrightChamps’ educational videos, live classes, and marketing campaigns. You’ll write compelling scripts, collaborate with video producers and educators, and ensure content is pedagogically sound, engaging, and production\-ready.

• *Key Responsibilities**

● Write scripts, screenplays, and storyboards for educational videos, lesson modules, ads, and promotional content for K–12 and early learning audiences.

● Translate curriculum objectives into clear, age\-appropriate narration, dialogue, and visual cues for video production.

● Collaborate with video producers, editors, illustrators, and instructional designers to plan shoots, refine scripts, and ensure high\-quality output.

● Apply video production knowledge to advise on framing, pacing, scene transitions, and visual storytelling for optimal learner engagement.

● Produce marketing and brand content: blog posts, social media scripts, video captions, newsletters, and campaign copy aligned with BrightChamps’ voice.

● Develop assessments, practice exercises, teacher notes, and facilitation guides that support consistent delivery.

● Edit and proofread scripts and content for clarity, tone, grammar, continuity, and alignment with brand and pedagogical standards.

● Localize content for Indian audiences, ensuring cultural relevance and accessibility.

● Maintain version control, documentation, and asset management in content management systems.

● Incorporate feedback from learners, parents, instructors, and creative reviews to iterate on content quality.

• *Qualifications**

● 2–5 years of experience in scriptwriting, screenplays, and scripting for video, animation, or digital content.

● Proficiency in video production (pre\-production planning, shooting basics, editing workflow, and visual

storytelling).

● Strong writing skills with excellent command of English, grammar, and narrative structure.

● Excellent communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working cross\-functionally with creative and education teams.

● Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.

● Bachelor’s degree in Film, Creative Writing, Media, Communications, or related field (plus).

● Previous experience in educational content creation is an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹37,000\.00 per month
